Q: What size chaps should I order?

In order for us to send you a pair of chaps that fit properly, we require only the following measurements:

• Upper thighs ( around your leg from the biggest part )
• Inseam comes standard and we do not cut the chaps. Once you receive the chaps, make sure everything fits fine then simply mark a straight line and use regular scissors to cut them.

Be sure to take these measurements while wearing jeans (unless you plan to ride naked)! We do not need your waist size because our chaps come with an adjustable belt.

Q: How long does it take to ship?

We normally ship within 1-2 business days after receiving the order, as long as we have the item in stock. We will either call or email you regarding the back order items.

Q: How do we ship?

We ship mostly by UPS.  We also ship via post office if it is a P.O.Box or any military addresses as APO's etc.

Q: I just received my order, and I need to replace the size for a different size, what should I do?

All you have to do is to send the item back to us with a note inside the box that what size you would like to replace with. Also leave the copy of the invoice inside the box so we can track your records.

Q: I just received my order, but I was charged shipping when I qualified for FREE GROUND.

Free Ground is only for DOMESTIC SHIPPING within the United States.  If you are an international customer you will be charged freight.
