Where do I start. First order we placed was for one mens one womens chaps and one womens jacket and one childs jacket. Chaps and womens jacket were great! Kids never came. No notification. So we called, we were told it was back ordered and we would get notification when it was back in stock. This was over a month ago. We called. We were told they finally came in the would ship that day. 3 days later it was shipped. We ordered a medium, recieved SMALL. Second order include winter gloves. We were sent driving gloves. Returned, never recieved what we ordered, although, a note per customer service request was provided with replacement glove info. Still dont have gloves.
Here is the most important part of all of this, shortly after the first order fraud charges to our card took place. Now that is not uncommon and did not know where it came from, until I encourage a friend to order chaps for his wife and he had the same situation. Thats not cool!

Ladys and gentleman. The products from ebiker leather are great but service is horrible and the have to update site security ASAP!!!
